Eastern rig wooden dragger - Challenge

Have no idea! Hoping anyone can help identify who may have built it and when. As Photos show it was a detailed copy of an actual dragger. I bought it at an estate sale and absolutely fell in love with it's whimsical but determined quality.

The original dragger was built in 1963 in Thomaston Maine. My grandfather owned and fished it from 90'-02' before he sold it to have a bigger boat built.
